Tandus, a commercial floor covering company in Dalton, Georgia, wanted to showcase its commitment to innovative design and technology. So when NeoCon, the largest design tradeshow in the U.S., came to Chicago, Tandus and Sol saw it as an opportunity to showcase their products, opinions and designers online. Sol created the micro-site tandusatneocon.com as a spot where tradeshow enthusiasts could “rest their feet” at the show, in their hotel or at home and relive the excitement of NeoCon. Sol Design was responsible for Tandusatneocon.com in 2008 and 2009.

Tandusatneocon.com covered the tradeshow like no other company in the industry! Bloggers wrote about the latest happenings from the tradeshow floor, photographers snapped photos of the coolest new products, podcasts featured designers and executives talking about the inspirations behind their designs and, of course, attendees could get any information they needed about Tandus products. To drive traffic to the site, Sol launched Google pay-per-click and email marketing campaigns and distributed fliers at the tradeshow. The website was a hit with attendees, the media and functioned as a sales tool after the show.
