Southeast Capital Partners (SCP) engaged Sol in 2009 to design and develop the Soleil at Laurel Canyon website. The active adult community needed a fresh look and feel to accompany the development’s new messaging. Sol built the site on a Wordpress blog platform to allow non-HTML users to update the content quickly and easily without deploying an expensive and oftentimes, highly confusing content management system. The blog platform is searchable and quickly indexed by the major search engines. Video, a custom home search module and additional features are just some of the features helping online homebuyers find their dream community.
