Mary began SolDesign in 2001. Five years and many happy clients later, Sol continues to create outstanding projects and provide their clients with superior service.
Mary art directs and manages Sol's strategy, graphic design and web design projects. Her expertise includes brand design and development, brand positioning, consumer understanding, naming, online brand strategy, and website design and development.
Mary managed brand exploration and design projects for Campbell’s, Lipton/Bestfoods, Maurice Villency, M&M/Mars, MTV, Scudder Kemper, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, and Unilever HPC at her previous employ in New York City.
Mary is also the President of the Young Professionals of Decatur. She was one of the founding members of the organization and helped to build its membership and reputation. In Fall of 2005, Mary and the board of YPOD, created and launched Form.01, a fashion show/fundraiser that showcased Decatur’s art, food and fashion while raising money for a business in need.
Karaoke Star, you say? Well, Mary hasn’t got the pipes, but she’s got the moves! Thank goodness for Karaoke.
