Kate jumped feet-first into her work as account and traffic manager at SolDesign in February 2008. In the eight years since graduating from Randolph-Macon Woman's College, she has promoted films for New Line, Fine Line and Focus Features studios, coordinated fund and membership campaigns for HRC and managed a volunteer-dependent in-home care program for Atlanta Interfaith AIDS Network. She brings to SolDesign her experience in account/project management and program development, as well as creative problem-solving skills.
She enjoys crewel embroidery, toy-camera photography and pet-hair management for two cats, Lily & Seis and two dogs, Toccoa & Dreifuss. She has a personal goal to raise awareness for research of Stevens-Johnson Syndrome and money for Grady Memorial Hospital's Burn Unit, whose dedicated staff saved her life in 2007.
