RSVP email feature helps IHG manage multiple events

IHG was typically juggling several hotelier and investor events simultaneously - from golf tournaments to cocktail parties - and needed RSVP functionality embedded in their email invitations to automatically track guest responses.

Sol created the RSVP function to IHG's specifications. As a result, IHG could easily manage RSVPs from thousands of respondents without the labor intensive task of manually tracking attendance. Sol also revamped the look of the email invitations with stunning graphics, which increased the overall appeal of the events. Moreover, by automating the RSVP response, IHG greatly increased the number of responses it was receiving, which enabled them to plan events more precisely and increase attendance.

A few months later, IHG contacted Sol again to build a custom, content managed extranet for the company's knowledge database.
