I am so glad I found out from you about the Wordpress options! It seems like there are endless expansion capabilities associated with this format. I only wish I had all the years of knowledge you have, as it seems like I could go on learning about this and all the website details and tricks in perpetuity. (why it pays to hire an expert unless you just want to learn, as I do!)

Thanks for the story; you have already driven me some very nice friendly traffic! I can't wait to put into place some of the other great ideas you and the class had for me with the videos and content, and other social media. I was really glad the class touched on many aspects of using the site in a marketing direction, and creatometry.com will be building on some great beginning help (And some great publicity! Thanks!) for the remainder of its life in the design community.

Mary and All,

What a clever idea. I am a recipe junkie and love your cookbook. I printed it and can hardly wait to try some of your recipes.

People always love cookbooks. Shortly after I moved to Atlanta in 1967, my daughter was asked to be queen of a neighbor’s Little League team. The queen’s mother is the team’s fundraiser. I only found out one week before the deadline when the money was due, and I had done nothing because I had relatives in town. I was told I had to sell candy or doughnuts (because that’s what everyone did), but there was no time. I called all the team member’s mothers and had each bring me their two best recipes. I put the “Little Braves Cookbook” together in 24 hours and took them to the game for parents to sell for $1 – later cut to 50¢. My daughter came in second in fundraising for the entire league (the #1 fundraiser was queen of a sponsored team).

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all.

Thanks for the thorough review of Social Fresh Charlotte. I attended along with Amber and Adam Mix from Radian6 and was similarly impressed by the content. I've been to a few Social Fresh events and have been excited at the end of each and everyone one of them and ready to get back to work. I really like them!

Cheers!

Thanks for this post Molly! You distilled SocialFresh Tampa way better than I did when I met with my boss. I'll be showing him this post.

For people who aren't spending time listening, participating, and experimenting in social media, it's hard to appreciate the difference between sending a mass email to an association membership roster and using SM to engage 10 people who become ambassadors for you brand. This SoFresh recap will help bridge the gap.

I love your writing style and look forward to following your blog!

"- Amber Naslund on measurement: some organizations have issues measuring social media because they struggle with measurement in general. Companies need to stop and ask the question: ‘What is the ‘I’ in our ROI?’ Is it dollars? Time? Expertise? Amber’s quote: ‘Give me the ‘I’ and I’ll give you the ‘R’. ROI is only one metric that equates to dollars. (Cue cheering…)"

*cheers*
loved this and i may or may be guilty of quoting this since then. it. was. brilliant.
