<description>"- Amber Naslund on measurement: some organizations have issues measuring social media because they struggle with measurement in general. Companies need to stop and ask the question: ‘What is the ‘I’ in our ROI?’ Is it dollars? Time? Expertise? Amber’s quote: ‘Give me the ‘I’ and I’ll give you the ‘R’. ROI is only one metric that equates to dollars. (Cue cheering…)"

*cheers*
loved this and i may or may be guilty of quoting this since then. it. was. brilliant.

<description>Thanks for this post Molly! You distilled SocialFresh Tampa way better than I did when I met with my boss. I'll be showing him this post.

For people who aren't spending time listening, participating, and experimenting in social media, it's hard to appreciate the difference between sending a mass email to an association membership roster and using SM to engage 10 people who become ambassadors for you brand. This SoFresh recap will help bridge the gap.

I love your writing style and look forward to following your blog!</description>
