I found a link to this image from a picture blog feed (on current.com):

Loving the masterful paper craft, I wanted to know who did the artwork and if there was more.

I went to flicker to decipher their filename structure so I could do a reverse lookup.

The first part is the photo id _ the second part is a random number/hash (sometimes there is another _ and a letter which is for size)

Take the first part (the photo id) and insert it after this:
